So, I've been noticing lately that composing for me is taking a lot of... um... courage... It's like I'll create something, and then I'll need to take time to absorb what I am creating, because I feel like I am breaking.

Maybe it's just the things I'm trying to express, or the concepts I'm trying to explore.

In any case, I'm finding it hard to do. Not through skill, but through will.

I'm starting to feel that my music is taking the form of a stage for all my failings to perform.
